Churston Builders – The Torbay and South Hams builder, undertook this large extension and landscaping project on the Garden House in Brixham during the summer of 2013.
Both of the extensive front and back gardens required landscaping with walls and paving. The entire roof including the new oak-framed extension was recovered with breathable underlay and slate tiles.
The front garden landscaping was completed by reusing the original pavers to save money for the customer and create a tidy up-to-date makeover of the property.
Throughout 2014 further improvement were undertaken at the Garden House. The rear garden and grounds were landscaped and a deck with balustrade and stone paved patio were added.
Internally a new bathroom was installed with highly contemporary fixtures and fittings to work with the owners individual style.
